Baddesley Clinton Garden

Baddesley Clinton Gardens

The gardens at Baddesley Clinton are delightful.

The Garden at Baddesley Clinton surround an 18th century moated manor and include formal courtyard garden, wildflower and meadow garden, woodland/lakeside walks, and stew ponds.
The walled garden dates from the early 18th century and contains a sun-dial with surrounding borders of shrub roses. Plenty more to see at Baddesley Clinton with a superb dahlia border and herb borders.
There is a Japanese style bridge over the Long Ditch linking the stewponds and nature trail areas (we saw a tree-creeper (bird) by the lake.
The  moated Manor is unique, with a great history and some stunning rooms, find out about the hidden Priest Hole where lives were saved.
Great Restaurant and worth a stroll on a quiet afternoon in November & Dec.
