American Museum Gardens

American Museum Garden, Bath

At the American museum there is a garden which is based on the Mount Vernon Garden at George Washington's home.

The American Museum Garden in Bath has undergone major works to transform it into one of the finest gardens in the South of England.
There are many new features including extensive borders full of colour.
The arboretum features North American trees and shrubs and beyond this are tree trails, including the Lewis and Clark trail showing some of the trees which were discovered on their voyage of discovery 200 years ago.
Well worth visiting and can be combined with a visit to the fascinating and extensive American museum.
