Spetchley Park Gardens
Go and enjoy one of England’s finest gardens at Spetchley Park
At Spetchley Park Gardens you can enjoy the fantastic vistas and stunning architecture that not only inspired Edward Elgar to write one of his great compositions from the gardeners cottage but was also home to convalescing American pilots during World War 2.
The wonderful display of spring bulbs in April and May, together with flowering trees and shrubs, including one of the largest private collections of peonies in the Country, are followed in June by the large selection of roses, whilst July, August and September reveal the great herbaceous borders in all their glory. This is a garden for all seasons and a wonderful family day out.
Having explored the gardens you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the tea room where you can get superb light lunches and afternoon teas or, for the more adventurous, walk around the 150 acre deer park with its herd of red and fallow deer.
