Hill Close Gardens, Warwick
Hill Close Gardens are rare survivals of Victorian detached gardens in Warwick
Hill Close Gardens in Warwick are rare survivals of Victorian gardens once used by townsfolk who lived above their business and wanted to escape from the crowded town centre. Owners and tenants came here after work or on Sundays to tend their flowers, fruit and vegetables or to relax. Wander along the old paths and enjoy tranquillity with the 16 individual plots. Rest inside the brick built summerhouses or relax with tea and delicious cake in the 'green' visitor centre / function suite.
