The main feature is a substantial traditional double herbaceous border. There is an organic kitchen garden, wildflower labyrinth, woodland area, a 50m long shade border with a mix of hostas, old roses, blue poppies and tree ferns. The garden also features a formal boxed rose garden with pond and fountain, extensive shrubberies with many rare and unusual plants, a bamboo walk and home-grown plant nursery.
