The Cotswolds, a beautiful region in England loved by many. There are villages with historic houses and cottages built in local stone with colours varying from shades of grey to honeycombe yellow. 

If you love gardens this is the place to visit with gardens ranging from the formal to informal cottage style. The region spreads from Oxford  to Malmesbury and gardens include Highgrove House home to Prince Charles.
To the north of the Cotswolds is probably one of the top ten gardens in England known as Hidcote, but try to see Kiftsgate Court too which is only 400 yards away.
