- Mount Ephraim's Miz Maze, based on a medieval labyrinth, is planted with ornamental grasses and herbaceous perennials, creating a "Catherine Wheel" of contrasting colors.
- In addition, there's a Japanese Rock Garden and Water Garden and some elaborate and unusual topiary sculpted into a collection of birds, animals and First World War memorabilia.
