Sugnall Walled Garden

Sugnall Hall Walled Kitchen Garden

Sugnall Hall has a fine kitchen walled garden with 200 fruit trees

The surroundings of Sugnall Hall and Garden, the Hall demolished in 1880, feature a restored walled kitchen garden which is of great character. Designed in four quarters, it is surrounded by 200 trained fruit trees.
The tea room makes its own jams, chutney and soup from the garden produce. Sugnall Hall and Gardens offers several venues for events in and around walled garden.
Attractions include guided tours, tea room, shop, plant sales, forge and facilities for groups and school parties.
There are beautiful walks beyond  the walled garden including the snowdrop walks in the old pleasure gardens in mid February, the walks through woodland and past pools with a choice of circuits and bluebells in late April.
