Antony House and Gardens, near Torpoint
Antony House dates from the 18th century and overlooks the Lynher River.
Antony House and Gardens are set close to the South Devon Coast. Parts of the well known film Alice in Wonderland were filmed here.
The grounds landscaped by Repton include formal courtyard, terraces, ornamental Japanese pond, fine summer borders, sculptures and knot gardens.
National collection of 610 Hemerocallis (day-lily ).
There are many magnificent trees including a black walnut and cork oak.
Also 100 acres of woodland in valley with rhododendrons, azaleas.
