Waterperry Gardens

The magnificent gardens at Waterperry are close to Oxford and for the visitor - this is a chance to enjoy, the beauty and peace of this special place.
The 3.2 Ha (8acre) gardens are well known for the herbaceous border, which flowers from May until November. There is however so much more to interest the garden visitor throughout the year; including snowdrops and roses, a knot garden, and trained fruit, as well as a pleasant riverside walk.
Good Snowdrop displays in February along the riverside walk and also in the Old Orchard.
As well as the gardens you will also find a plant centre, art & craft gallery, museum of rural life and a Saxon church to visit.
The teashop serves homemade meals, made with fresh ingredients, which can be enjoyed inside or out on our lawns.
