Sugnall Hall
Walled Kitchen Garden

Garden Holidays Banner

The surroundings of Sugnall Hall, itself demolished in 1880,  feature a restored walled kitchen garden which is of great character in four quarters, surrounded by 200 trained fruit trees.
The tea room makes its own jams, chutneys, soup, etc. from the garden produce. Several venues for events in and around walled garden.
Attractions are guided tours, tea room, shop, plant sales, forge and facilities for groups and school parties.
Walks beyond walled garden are (a) the snowdrop walks in the old pleasure gardens in mid February, (b) the walks through woodland and past pools with a choice of circuit, and bluebells in late April.
