Somerleyton Hall and Gardens

Garden Holidays Banner

The Gardens and grounds at Somerleyton have long been considered of first-rate importance. The Gardens contain many magnificent specimen trees, shrubs and plants. In spring they are ablaze with colour provided by rhododendrons and azaleas.
The Walled Garden dominates the northern end of the Gardens and contains a selection of small trees, notably Malus vars, Pyrus nivalis and medlar trees underplanted with bold clumps of daffodils. Around the walls are many different climbers including roses, species clematis, figs, climbing hydrangeas.
Don't miss the ridge and furrow greenhouses.
