| These
lovely gardens at Leonardslee are set in a 240 acre valley with delightful walks around
7 lakes, providing glorious views and reflections. Camellias, magnolias and early rhododendrons provide colour in April while in May it becomes a veritable paradise with azaleas overhanging paths fringed with bluebells. Superb flowering trees and interesting wildflowers enhance the tranquillity of summer. Bonsai collection and plenty more to see including wildfowl, deer and wallabies. The Rock Garden at Leonardslee is planted with Japanese evergreen azaleas which becomes a kaleidoscope of colour. |
