This
interesting and unusual house at Ickworth is surrounded by a great
Park with lovely gardens.
The silver Garden, hidden among the trees boasts a collection of hexagonal
stones from the Giants Causeway and Victorian stumpery. There is a fine
herbaceous border with boldly coloured plants.
The park contains some of the best examples of ancient specimen trees
including oak, beech and hornbeam.
Orangery with lemon trees. Interesting sculptures in Italian Garden.
Plenty here for all the family including family cycle route, woodland
walks and play area.
