Tintinhull House and Garden
The garden at Tintinhull is set behind a lovely stone house full of character.
Tintinhull House Garden in the Arts and Crafts style was designed by Mrs Phyllis Reiss, and is divided into 7 rooms by clipped yew hedges and walls. Each garden room has its own character but together they form a complete harmony.
The garden opens out into the lovely pool garden, fountain garden and a traditional garden with inspirational and very colourful mixed borders. A kitchen garden with an orchard is close by. Although only a small garden of only one and a half acres it does seem much larger and is a gem well worth visiting.
There are other lovely National Trust Gardens nearby which are worth visiting and we have a map of gardens in Somerset to help you out.
