Chenies Manor

Chenies Manor House is an early-Tudor (15th/16thC)  house, brick built with fortified tower. Original home of the Russells (Earls, now Dukes of Bedford). Often visited by Henry VIII and Elizabeth I.
Variety of gardens include a Tudor-style sunken garden, a white garden, Victorian kitchen garden and 2 mazes. A display of over 4000 tulips and other bulbs is on show in Apr and May.
An abundance of colour throughout the summer with roses and cottage plants will ensure your visit to Chenies Manor is rewarded.

Chenies Manor 2011 open from 6th April - 27th October 2011 inclusive. Every Wednesday & Thursday: 2.00pm - 5.00pm
Bank Holiday Mondays: 2.00pm - 5.00pm.
Refreshments, shop, disabled access.
