Cae Hir is a garden with a difference, not typically British in style yet it combines very well with the Welsh countryside. A treasure of unassuming structure and natural beauty, the aim being to create a balance between the natural and cultivated. 
The result is a haven of serenity and tranquility for visitors and wildlife.
Approx 6 acres of garden including, wild flowers, bog garden and bonsai.
The Cae Hir garden was started by Dutchman Will Akkermans in 1985. He has written a book about this called A ONE MAN JOB which is worth a read and available by post.

2008 - Cae Hir Gardens open 1 - 6 daily except Sundays plus BH Mondays.
Plants for sale, dogs on lead, limited wheelchair access, tea and coffee available.
