Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens

Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens, Bronant - This garden is situated at an altitude of 1,000 ft, the soil is thin wet peat over clay, the winters are harsh and the winds strong.  Rising to the challenge, an extraordinary garden has evolved. There are 2 series of ponds and a lake, linked by paths, water falls, and bridges. There are a number of sub gardens- from bog to Mediterranean , jungle to Japanese, from formal to wild, and cottage to woodland.  There is a wealth of sculptures, luscious planting and plenty of seating. Wacky and wonderful, peaceful, inspiring and colourful, full of surprises, and a great day out for all the family
