The acid soils and unusually mild microclimate mean that Brockhole gardens are the place to see unusual plants such as Eucryphias, Desontaniea (Chilean Holly), Cupressus cashmeriana (Kashmir cypress, Crinodendron hookerianum (Chilean lantern tree) and many more............................
