Overlooking Ben Nevis and Glen Coe Ard Daraich is the former holiday home of Contance Spry set in 8 acres of Hill Garden with an important collection of Rhododendrons, Acers and other rare trees and shrubs. For the last 40 years we have been building a collection of ericacious plants, with over a thousand different Rhododendron species and hybrids, and hundreds of Acers and Sorbus trees - all in all a collection that is starting to draw many specialists. The land opposite the house has now become an interesting woodland with Styrax, Davidia, Liquidamber and Stachyurus.
